We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery is free on all our books.

How long it takes

Every book is printed to order, then sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. Please allow 2 weeks from the day you order for your book to arrive.

Why we print on demand

We print every book on demand with a UK printing company and send it with Royal Mail, which makes us 100% UK based, from the printing press to your doorstep. It isn't the cheapest way to make books, but with the cost of storing stock rising, it's the best way for us to keep our books available. It also means we support UK businesses and never print stacks of books that go unsold. And it's why your book takes a little longer to arrive: it's printed just for you.

We'll email you when your book has been printed, and again when it's on its way.

Checking your address

Your book goes to print soon after you order, so please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do our best to fix it.

Late, damaged or misprinted books

If your book hasn't arrived 2 weeks after you ordered, or it arrives damaged or misprinted, email contact@dragqueenstoryhour.co.uk with your order number and we'll put it right.
